2017 year in review.
Here are the latest numbers for the Ashland market! We had another strong year with the median price surging up to $421,500. Homes stood on the market longer however, for an average of 58 days. Slightly more homes were sold (6%) in 2017 over 2016. The number of new construction homes that sold was exactly the same at 26! And only a slightly larger number of homes were on the market for sale as of December 31st. Analysts are expecting another year of increased prices even with interest rates slightly higher as we start the year. Inventory still remains fairly tight here in Ashland and nationwide.
