Innsbruck Ridge Open Houses
This Sunday, October 9th from 1-3p, I will be holding an open house in East Medford's newest gated community, Innsbruck Ridge. If you haven't been, it's comprised of 60 estate lots averaging over 15,000 SF all with unobstructed views of the Rogue Valley. The homes are designed by Portland based architects and built by an award winning builder, Sam Sarich of Sarich Contruction, Inc. A finished classic craftsman home will be open to view, along with a single-level prairie style home about two months out from completion.
