happy spring.
One thing is for sure, spring is here in Ashland. The fruit trees have finished their incredible show and the deer are coming down from the hills and touring town (as evidenced by this photo I took last week in front of our plaza office). Spring brings such excitement to town. Our gardens start to look alive again and the sun seems especially warm and bright. Last week, we got a streak of incredibly warm weather, even breaking an all time record for April 6th at 87 degrees! But the rain is back and we welcome it here in Southern Oregon. The real estate market feels warmer too. Inventory is still low but we are seeing more homes come on the market after the slower winter months. Interest rates remain below 4% for conventional financing, making it a really attractive time to purchase a home. If you are in the market, please don't hesitate to contact me! And Happy Spring.
